"Honestly based on the reviews I was a little hesitant, but honestly people! It's not bad! Their food came out so hot for me and fresh and everyone was so nice, my tables were clean and the manager even brought out hand towels to everyone and asked if they needed anything, and he even brought my kids a sticker book! They were awesome here. So I'm here with a full belly eating this delicious food. So glad I came."

"Update: Customer Service has taken care of the issue and also issued missing points I didn't receive and apologied for the bad service. The cashier was going to charge me for 3 tostada bowls instead of 2, then got an attitude when I asked why the price was so high."

"I've been to El Pollo Loco several times and this is my first time having the wet burrito I must say it's really delicious. The sour cream that they put inside of it comes at the perfect time. And I really enjoyed the whole thing. The size is big. Very Delicious highly recommended."
